Description

Electric heating plate is widely used in food, agriculture, soil, environmental protection, food, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities and other laboratories; and it can be used for sample heating, drying, digestion and acid driving.

Feature
Aluminium alloy plate—adopt 6061 aluminum alloy, with large effective heating area and fast heating, that is energy-saving, highly efficient, corrosion resistant, and its design temperature can reach 400℃.
Plate with static pressure graphite surface – design temperature can reach 550 °C and its heating element is made by new technology and new method. Its plate surface has high thermal conductivity and good temperature uniformity. Therefore, it is an ideal instrument for heating, sample digestion and acid driving.

Vertical structure, the instrument control room adopts the axial cooling fan with strong cooling measures to prevent the influence of long-term application on electrical components and control systems, hence fully guarantee the reliable operation of the system.
The intelligent temperature control system adopts 5-inch color touch screen, and the information display is detailed, easy to understand and operate.
The input method of recipe program is tabular fast input method with clear logic, fast speed and not easy to go wrong.
0-40 sections of program can be arbitrarily selected and set.
Dual-mode of single point heating and curve heating that can be arbitrarily selected.
Intelligent P, I, D self-adjustment with high precision, reliability and stability.
electrical control system uses solid state relay (regulating module) for
mute and strong anti-interference capability.
Segmented power supply and restart function to avoid power failure preventing potential risks.

Horizontal structure, using liquid crystal temperature controller, with timing shutdown function and PID intelligent control, therefore is cost-effective.
