Description
It is used for precise constant temperature and auxiliary heating in medical and health care, medical colleges, industrial and mining enterprises, and scientific research units. It is specially used for gene amplification experiments, and can be used for evaporation, concentration, and constant temperature heating, chemicals, biological products and other purposes.
- The inner tank is made of high-quality stainless steel plate by argon arc welding, the outer chamber is made of high-quality steel plate by stamping, the surface is sprayed with plastic, and the panel is also made of stainless steel plate.
- It adopts advanced electronic temperature control device with temperature pre-selection function, which is quick and convenient to use, and the required temperature can be fixed at one time.
- The temperature controller adopts a new design, which is beautiful in appearance, complete in function and easy to operate.
- The temperature is controlled by intelligent PID, which has the advantages of smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy compared with traditional PID control methods.
- The measurement value and setting value of temperature can be selected with a minimum resolution of 0.1℃ or 1℃.
- The sensor is a PT100 instrument with switching function of ℉ and ℃.
- The timing function can be selected (none, constant temperature timing, running timing), the timing direction can be selected as forward timing or countdown, the timing unit can be selected (minutes, hours), and a buzzer will sound after the timing is over (the reminder time can be set).
- With temperature auto-tuning function, PID control.
- There are sound and light (buzzer) alarm prompts for temperature sensor open circuit and short circuit, and the controller automatically disconnects the heating output.
