Process Overview: The unique structural design effectively removes volatile substances released from binders in the products during processing.
(1) Function: High-efficiency air circulation supports high operating temperatures and helps shorten processing time while providing flexibility for different production requirements. A user-friendly HMI control system supports PC connectivity for monitoring, production parameter settings, process records, and other production data.
(2) Temperature: Max. 500°C.
(3) Electrical Control: Equipped with special high-temperature heating elements and a touch-screen HMI + PLC control system. Up to 10 process profiles can be stored locally, or up to 256 profiles via PC connection. Each process profile can contain up to 50 segments, with independent settings for time, temperature, oxygen concentration, and other parameters.
(4) Features: Excellent temperature uniformity with adjustable airflow at the air outlet. Oxygen concentration can be reduced to 50 ppm within 120 minutes. Atmosphere control supports O₂, N₂, and H₂. The PLC automatically calculates the heating rate based on the preset temperature and heating time to improve process stability and product quality.
The powerful cooling system automatically activates the indirect cooling fan installed behind the furnace chamber as the process approaches completion. A solvent collection tube and bottle are installed at the rear of the furnace to collect process residues and help reduce environmental pollution.
In the event of a power failure during operation, the system automatically switches to Emergency Gas Protection Mode, supplying a preset amount of air or nitrogen into the furnace to protect products requiring a non-oxidizing environment. When power is restored, the program resumes operation from the appropriate process step.
The motor and mixed-gas inlet piping are installed inside the control cabinet to help extend motor operating life and seal service life. For atmosphere control, nitrogen or hydrogen supply can be adjusted as required. An oxygen sensor installed inside the furnace continuously measures oxygen concentration and transmits the data to the oxygen analyzer.
