Process Overview: Forced-air heating in an oxygen-free atmosphere.
(1) Function: The equipment can be used with nitrogen gas to protect components from oxidation or for nitrogen-hydrogen reduction processes.
(2) Temperature: Room temperature to 500°C; maximum temperature up to 700°C.
(3) Electrical Control: Programmable temperature controller with multi-step program settings and memory. Microcomputer-based PID control combined with an SCR power controller ensures stable furnace temperature. High-temperature imported heating elements provide excellent durability and long service life.
(4) Features: Gas supply can be activated or deactivated according to process requirements. Equipped with three PID control settings. A water-cooled motor bearing system can be adopted to extend service life, while the external forced-air cooling system provides rapid cooling and temperature reduction.
Optional Equipment: Temperature recorder, oxygen analyzer, various atmosphere control systems, and various types of internal trays and racks.
