Principle of action:

• The coagulant in the tube can accelerate the coagulation of blood and shorten the test time.
• The separation gel in the tube is a thixotropic mucus colloid, which becomes a substance with low viscosity under the action of centrifugal force. Blood cells heavier than the separation gel move to the bottom of the tube, and the separation gel "overturns" to form three layers of blood cells, separation gel and serum. When the centrifugal force is lost, the separation gel returns to the initial high viscosity gel state, forming a stable separation layer between serum and blood cells.
