(1) Function: Fully integrated production line consisting of Preheating Furnace → Potting Machine → Curing Furnace → Unloading → Loading, providing efficient and time-saving automated operation. The latest computerized monitoring system provides full-process control and maintains furnace temperature stability within ±1.5°C. More than 30 systems have been adopted by internationally renowned manufacturers.
(2) Temperature: 80°C–120°C; Max. 150°C.
(3) Electrical Control: Microcomputer-based PID temperature control combined with an SCR power controller. Fully automated transfer and conveyor operations are controlled by a PLC system with automatic fault detection.
(4) Features: Designed to increase production capacity while maintaining consistent product quality through 24-hour automated continuous operation. Equipped with high-temperature safety alarms and power-failure protection systems. Compatible with various brands of potting machines worldwide and can be customized with different types of fully automated preheating and curing furnaces according to production capacity requirements.
The furnace temperature profile can be adjusted according to specific product characteristics. An RS-232C interface enables PC connectivity for system control, monitoring, and data processing.
