Process Overview: High-pressure forced-air circulation baking process.

(1) Function: The pressure chamber is constructed of SUS304 stainless steel, with a design pressure of 10 kg/cm² and a maximum operating pressure of 7 kg/cm².

(2) Temperature: High-pressure forced-air circulation baking system with an operating temperature range of 40°C to 150°C, ±2°C.

(3) Electrical Control: Equipped with an LCD HMI and PLC control system. Supports 10 programs with up to 50 temperature-control segments, automatic process monitoring, fault indication and troubleshooting functions. PID + SCR automatic temperature control is provided, along with a data recorder for temperature and pressure monitoring.

(4) Features: Designed to facilitate pressure-vessel safety inspection and ensure reliable operation. Features include a secure interlocking toothed door-locking mechanism, dual over-temperature protection, heater dry-run protection, dual high-pressure protection switches, mechanical overpressure relief protection, automatic pressure release upon shutdown, dual low-pressure door-opening interlocks, and low inlet-air-pressure protection.

Specifications: Dimensions and specifications can be customized according to the customer's product requirements. An optional vacuum evacuation and nitrogen (N₂) filling system is also available.
