Features
1. There is a groove design around the moat plate. By changing the structure of the original 96-hole plate, groove structures of different widths and thicknesses are designed on the outer side of the outermost hole, so as to achieve the purpose of eliminating edge effects to the greatest extent, while ensuring optimal state of cell culture. The temperature stability of the culture plate and the balanced humidity environment are improved, thereby reducing or eliminating edge effects and ensuring the uniformity of cell growth.

Precautions
1. The amount of liquid added to the surrounding grooves should be moderate, not too high: to avoid overflowing and contaminating the cells, and not too low: it cannot play a good role.
2. Culture medium or sterile water can be added to the groove.
3. Be extra careful when handling to prevent the liquid in the groove from overflowing and contaminating the cells.
