A-SA Enterprise’s Product Development & Design Department is primarily responsible for product design and mold development, helping customers turn their ideas into products ready for mass production.

We provide product exterior design, 3D product modeling, 3D mold design, and 2D mold engineering drawing development.

1. Product 3D Exterior Design

Through 3D product modeling technology, we can preview the product’s appearance, structure, and assembly methods, allowing customers to clearly understand the actual appearance and functional configuration of their products during the early development stage.

During the design stage, we simultaneously evaluate production feasibility and mold structure, effectively reducing development risks and subsequent modification costs while improving product development efficiency.

2. 2D Mold Engineering Drawing Design

Through complete 2D engineering drawings, we clearly indicate mold dimensions, machining details, and assembly structures, providing an essential reference for subsequent machining, mold trials, and mass production to ensure a more stable and precise production process.

3. 3D Mold Design & Development

Through 3D mold design technology, we comprehensively plan the internal mold structure, slider mechanisms, and product molding methods. This allows us to verify mold operation and production feasibility in advance, improving product precision and mass-production quality.

4. Integrated Product & Mold Design

From product appearance and internal structure to mold configuration, we develop the design in an integrated manner. This allows the actual production method to be evaluated during the early development stage, effectively shortening development lead times and reducing subsequent modification costs.
