Our distillery does not take on OEM production. We produce spirits exclusively for The Green Farm.

We believe that only by dedicating all our resources, focus, and equipment to every bottle under our own name can we truly maintain quality, protect the integrity of flavor, and ensure that every guest enjoys our spirits with complete peace of mind.

Within these walls, we combine German craft distillation techniques with locally sourced Taiwanese botanicals, producing our spirits in carefully controlled small batches.

For every batch, raw materials, temperature, timing, and aging days are meticulously recorded, ensuring flavors that are consistent, honest, and true.

Our spirits are not products of an industrial production line. They are creations—
records of the land itself—
crafted in dialogue with time and co-fermented with nature.

Our Distillery is located in the unspoiled natural surroundings of Ruisui, Hualien— an environment that allows us to work with local mountain spring water and native botanicals.

Through practiced craftsmanship, these natural elements are gently transformed within our distillery, slowly becoming spirits.

We do not chase speed. Instead, we choose to befriend time— allowing each bottle to carry not only flavor, but a story worth telling.

Quality Assurance, from Source to Bottle

We use only locally sourced agricultural products with full traceability, and every spirit is released only after passing all required inspections.

With independent alcohol and water-quality testing equipment, we ensure that every batch meets our internal quality standards.
