Shuang Yong takes pride in providing high-quality service to our clients. Founded in 1988, we have accumulated over 35 years of professional expertise. We continue to maintain our technological advantages, pursue innovation, and serve as a trusted partner for your heat treatment equipment needs. Through more than two decades of learning, growth, and business development, our technical capabilities in the design and manufacturing of heat treatment equipment have continued to advance.

Our design team has accumulated extensive experience, with products covering a heat treatment temperature range from -60°C to 1800°C. Our product lines include high-temperature series such as pusher-type, box-type, and lift-type oxygen-free atmosphere sintering furnaces; medium-temperature series such as pusher-type hydrogen atmosphere sintering furnaces, box-type hot air circulation furnaces, and lift-type atmosphere medium-temperature furnaces; as well as continuous conveyor atmosphere firing furnaces and continuous conveyor atmosphere brazing furnaces. We also offer low-temperature series equipment, including continuous forced-air circulation heating furnaces and continuous conveyor IR furnaces.

Over the years, our heat treatment equipment has been applied across a wide range of industries, providing solutions for leading manufacturers in Taiwan and overseas. These industries include LED, passive components, heat pipes, automotive, aerospace, printing, solar energy, and linear guideways.

Our equipment is widely used in various processes, including sintering, firing, annealing, tempering, quenching, drying, debinding, curing, rubber vulcanization, and reflow.
