06.Delivery Method
Buyer pays shipping costs in advance.
Shipping will be made via courier service or convenience store pickup.
07.Delivery Time
Shipping will be made within 3 days of receiving payment (provided both parties confirm stock availability or shipping time).
For delivery services such as Takkyubin and T-Cat, orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 4 PM will be shipped the following day.
For convenience store delivery, please notify us of the shipping details after receiving payment, including your name, phone number, convenience store address, and store name.(Incense items larger than 1.6 feet cannot be shipped.)
For larger quantities or special items of oils, please call to inquire first. Shipping time is subject to the agreed-upon time. During holidays and long weekends, delivery volume is high, and delivery within a specified time may not be possible. We appreciate your understanding.
08.Shipping Cost Calculation Method
01. Shipping costs are based on the description provided by the seller. If you are unsure about the shipping cost, please call (02)2249-2477. Shipping costs for remote areas of the main island, outlying islands, and offshore islands are calculated separately.
Small items delivered to Taiwan Main Island： NT$125
No shipments on Sunday.
Outlying islands such as Kinmen and Penghu are charged according to the standard shipping rates
Special Dates：NT$20 surcharge
Order and pay before 2 PM → Same-day delivery is available.
Convenience store delivery: NT$60 (small-sized boxes are generally available in standard volumes; please refer to the convenience store website for details)

02.Combined payments are possible; shipping costs will be calculated based on the dimensions of the combined items.

09.Return and Exchange Policy
Please read the product information carefully before purchasing.
Return requests must be submitted within three days of receiving the goods. The refund will be subject to deduction of bank transfer fees and shipping costs.
Returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging, and the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
