Crystal and natural wood (or stone) products are made from natural materials and require
manual cutting and polishing. Obvious scratches are removed during quality control, but
minor scratches, tiny air bubbles, or slight differences in size, color, or natural wood/stone
grain are normal.

Yes. We will send you a mock-up of the design, and production will only begin once you
confirm it.(Note: Up to 3 rounds of proofing are included. If you have very specific or

Yes, but this is completely normal. Screens display in RGB mode, while printing is done in
CMYK. Therefore, some color difference is unavoidable. In addition, prints from different
batches may have slight variations.

Normally, no. A special coating is applied before printing to prevent this issue. However, if
the text or design is too small or too fine, the ink may not adhere well. For this reason,
overly small or thin details are not recommended.

Background decals are made using semi-transparent special film, so colors may appear
slightly lighter. They are applied by hand using adhesive (not self-adhesive film), so small
bubbles or air pockets may occur. This is normal.

Laser engraving creates depth on the surface of crystal or wood.
On crystal: semi-transparent frosted white effect.
On wood: gray-black burn marks. If you need gold paint applied after engraving, please
inform us in advance. This is done by hand, and an additional NT$100 fee per piece applies.
(Note: Gold paint cannot be applied to wood products after engraving.)

The amount of content does not affect engraving, but details should not be too small or
fine, as this may result in engraving failure.

Yes, free shipping for orders over NT$4,000, except in special cases (e.g., tall traditional
trophies that must be shipped singly or in pairs, rather than in bulk packaging).

Yes. All trophy prices include a box and a carrying bag. (Note: Small trophies and medals do not include a bag.)

In principle, yes. However, please note:
Some trophy styles require prior bonding. If returned for re-engraving, technicians must
disassemble and remove adhesive, which incurs a rework fee of NT$150 per piece.
Disassembly carries risk of damage. If we have advised that the style is unsuitable for
disassembly and damage occurs, a replacement purchase will be required.
For this reason, we recommend selecting a style that does not require bonding if you plan to engrave later.
When returning, please ensure proper packaging for impact/shock protection. If damage
occurs due to poor packaging, a replacement will be needed.

In-stock items: After confirming the layout, shipping takes about 3–5 working days.
Pre-order items: Materials must be ordered first. After confirming the layout, shipping takes about 10–12 working days.

Yes. We can process urgent orders, but only with in-stock styles.
Rush order: NT$200 (within 3 days)
Express rush order: NT$300 (within 2 days)

Generally yes, depending on difficulty. A one-time design assistance fee applies, starting
from NT$300. For hand-drawn or highly complex artwork that is difficult to edit, this service
may not be available.
