Reservation and Cancellation Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellations made at least 10 days before check-in are fully refundable. No refunds will be issued after this period.

Earliest check-in: 10:30 AM
Latest pick-up: 9:00 PM
Accommodation Requirements
Only dogs and cats that are fully vaccinated and dewormed are accepted.
Raw food meals are not provided in order to protect pet health.
To avoid disturbing other animals, the accommodation area is not open to the public.
Before your dog officially checks in, we will arrange a four-hour orientation session to help them become familiar with the environment and caregivers. This helps ease anxiety and ensures a smooth, comfortable stay.
