我們懷著感動與喜悅向大家分享一個令人振奮的消息：本公司作品 《The Balance of Pear Blossoms》 榮獲 2025 芬蘭 Arch 設計大獎「室內設計金獎」 殊榮！
這份來自國際設計界的肯定，對我們來說不僅是一項榮耀，更是對我們設計信念的深度共鳴 —— 讓空間有溫度、有故事，並在人與環境之間找到和諧的平衡。
這個場地位於校園內，座落在一棟老舊但別具魅力的清水混凝土建築中。業主是擁有 25 年歷史的在地品牌「Pear Café」，其品牌形象洋溢著陽光與綠意。在設計過程中，我們面臨多重挑戰，包括原始混凝土肌理與品牌色彩之間的衝突、空間尺度的疏離感與品牌親切感之間的矛盾、大面積空間與有限預算間的拉鋸，以及對老建築的維護與日後歸還使用的需求。
為了解決這些問題，我們以「梨子、梨樹和梨花」做為設計靈感，試著在「動與靜」、「可變與不可變」之間找到一種平衡。
其中，梨樹象徵「靜」。我們以極簡裝飾與輕量化設計，保留清水混凝土原貌，展現對建築原貌的尊重。整體設計語彙內斂，避免過度干預。空間中的一株純白梨樹作為視覺焦點，延伸垂直視線，平衡空間的高度與深度，同時水平連結天花裝飾。
梨花則象徵「動」。在不破壞原地板的前提下，我們引入模組化的可移動家具，靈感來自花瓣造型，可彈性組合，靈活因應2至8人的用餐需求，能自由組合為長桌、方桌、圓桌等多種形式，為冰冷的空間注入一絲趣味與活力。搭配可移動的設計屏風，讓空間能在開放與私密之間靈活轉換，滿足不同情境，如日常用餐、大型講座、中庭活動或小型聚會等。
最後，「梨子」作為調和元素，我們在高挑空間的天花上設計了一套分散式綠色點狀系統，透過高低錯落的安排讓整體空間更顯平衡。
The site is located within the campus, housed in an old yet charming exposed concrete building. The owner is a local brand with a 25-year history — "Pear Café", whose brand image exudes sunlight and greenery. During the design process, we faced multiple challenges, including the conflict between the raw concrete texture and the brand's colors, the contradiction between the spatial scale's detachment and the brand's friendliness, the constraints of a large area with a limited budget, and the need to maintain and eventually return the old building.
To address these challenges, we embraced the concepts of "Pear, Pear Tree, and Pear Blossom" to skillfully balance the tension between "motion and stillness" and "movable and immovable" elements in the space.
The pear tree symbolizes "stillness". We emphasized minimalistic decoration and lightweight design to preserve the original character of the exposed concrete, showing respect for the building's authentic texture. The design language is restrained, avoiding excessive interventions.
A snow-white pear tree serves as the visual focal point, extending the vertical sightlines and balancing the space's height and depth, while also linking horizontally with ceiling ornaments.
The pear blossom represents "motion". Without causing damage to the original flooring, we introduced modular movable furniture inspired by petal shapes. These units can be flexibly rearranged to support dining for 2 to 8 people, offering various combinations such as long tables, square tables, and round tables, injecting a playful spirit into the otherwise cold environment.
Coupled with movable designer screens, the space can transition between open and private settings, accommodating different scenarios like casual dining, large-scale lectures, central plaza arrangements, and intimate gatherings. The pear serves as a harmonizing element. We designed a scattered green point system on the ceiling with varying heights to balance the scale of the high space.
