這項榮耀不只是對設計成果的肯定，更是對我們設計理念的深刻共鳴——以人為本，讓空間回歸生活本質。
 

這個基地位在一塊狹長、朝東南的土地上，兩邊都緊鄰其他建築，空間上有不少限制。在這樣的條件下，設計團隊非常用心地規劃每個角落，既要滿足屋主的生活需求，也希望能結合簡約的中式園林氛圍和現代幾何線條，打造一個兼具文化韻味和現代感的家。
 

屋主是一對退休的夫妻，他們希望這個家能夠溫暖、舒適，也是一個讓家人能夠互動、相聚的地方。設計中特別考慮到他們的孫子女，希望這個空間能自然地促進家庭成員之間的交流和共享時光。
 

一樓規劃成開放式的公共空間，讓室內外能夠互相連通。孩子們可以在戶外盡情玩耍，大人們則可以在室內悠閒地喝茶聊天，整體氛圍既熱鬧又溫馨。二樓是女兒的私人生活區，設計時特別注重自然光的引入，讓空間明亮又舒服。三樓則主要放置像是水塔、空調這些必要的設備。
 

透過細緻的空間規劃和有質感的建築語言，這個設計讓原本狹長的基地變成一個既寬敞又舒適的家。建築與自然光的互動，讓整個空間變得有層次、有生命力。不只實現了屋主對「家的溫度」的期待，也成功地把現代設計美學和東方文化底蘊融合在一起，打造出一個可以承載日常與回憶、自然與情感共存的理想居所。

The project site is located on a narrow, southeast-facing plot, flanked by adjacent properties on both sides, resulting in spatial constraints. Under these conditions, the design team carefully planned the space to meet the client’s needs, integrating a minimalist Chinese garden ambiance with modern geometric forms. This approach creates an architectural proposal that balances cultural elegance with contemporary sophistication.

The homeowners, a retired couple, sought a residence that is comfortable, warm, and conducive to family interaction. The design particularly considers the presence of their grandchildren, ensuring that the space naturally facilitates familial bonds and shared moments.

The ground floor features an open public spaces connecting indoors and outdoors. This layout allows the grandchildren to play freely outdoors while the family enjoys tea and conversation indoors, fostering a harmonious and lively atmosphere. The second floor is designed as the daughter’s private living space, with a strong emphasis on natural lighting. The third floor accommodates essential utilities such as a water tower and air conditioning units.

Through precise spatial planning and refined architectural language, this project transforms a narrow site into a spacious and comfortable living environment. The interplay between architecture and natural light fosters a dynamic spatial experience. The design not only fulfills the homeowners’ desire for a warm, interactive family space but also merges geometric aesthetics with thoughtful material selection, crafting a residence that embodies both modern sophistication and cultural elegance—a home where cherished moments and the rhythms of nature seamlessly coexist.
