Could you please tell me about the packaging for the agarwood incense?
A fellow incense enthusiast asked me: Do you sell incense labeled with "Qinan"?
Most incense manufacturers in Taiwan use generic packaging. Generic packaging means that regardless of the contents,
the packaging will say "Qinan," "Hui'an," "Xingzhou," "Laoshan," "Xinshan," "Shangliao Xiang ," etc. In other words,
even if the contents are ordinary imported incense costing about 30 yuan per pack, it can still be packaged as Qinan.
If a fellow incense enthusiast asks me about Qinan, all I can think of is 40,000 yuan per gram. Agarwood of this grade costs tens of millions per kilogram!!!
It's impossible for it to be used for making incense; at most, it's just used for flavoring...
Not to mention the artificially grafted agarwood of several generations, which costs tens to thousands of yuan per gram.
Therefore, if you see incense products packaged with boxes like the one described above, remember that it's just for reference!!!
Don't mistakenly believe that you're buying the same quality raw wood; that's a huge misunderstanding!!!
Because the fragrance is very different from that of raw agarwood. Everything should be based on the raw agarwood, not the seller's packaging!!!
