Why does the 24-hour incense burner go out after burning to a specific point?!
If your incense ring starts to burn incompletely or goes out in certain places after 24 hours,
we suggest you check for oil buildup on the incense ring coil.
Incense rings are made by mixing incense powder with a specific ratio of plant-based binder powder. The mixture
is then injected under high pressure, rotated a turntable to a fixed number of turns, and finally cut.
Before making incense rings, we test-make a small batch
to ensure the binder powder ratio is neither too high (causing the flame to go out) nor too low (making it prone to breaking), and that it is completely mixed.
Only after the test is successful does mass production begin.
If you are burning the incense, this is for reference only. The most obvious sign of a failed incense wreath is that it goes out immediately after being lit.
Most incense wreath holders nowadays have a wire support, which gets stuck with grease after a period of use. Natural incense without added combustion aids
will extinguish when it reaches the grease residue because the residue hinders the flame.
This happens every time it reaches that spot!
Sometimes the wire gets stuck with grease, making the extinguishing point less consistent.
I suggest you replace the incense wreath holder or clean it thoroughly to improve the situation.
